EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
Meet the people who help shape our culture, inspire our progress, and bring pride to the Anel name.
Kenneth carter
FABRICATION welder

Let’s spotlight Kenneth Carter, a Louisville native now living in Kosciusko. Kenneth and his wife, Meichelle, are the proud parents of a daughter and have two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys bowling with his family and is a talented cook with a particular love for pork chops. A fan of the 4th of July, Kenneth is known for his generous spirit and his dream of one day visiting Las Vegas.
Though he grew up dreaming of being a welder, Kenneth has found his niche at Anel, where he has mastered blueprint reading and fabrication. He takes pride in the daily challenge of producing quality products and appreciates working for a Christian-based company. Motivated by his family and their shared growth in Christ, Kenneth plans to stay with Anel until retirement. His advice to new team members is simple: work hard and do what you were hired to do.
